Hours:
Monday-Friday varying shifts between 7:30am-6:00pm
Summary:
In conjunction with the Director of Pharmacy, HCBC and Supervisor, Pharmacy, ensures compliance with the rules and regulations that govern the practice of Pharmacy primarily servicing the infusion pharmacy. Includes on-call, holiday, and weekend rotation.
Responsibilities:
EDUCATION
- Graduate from an accredited college of Pharmacy required
- Licensed in New York State required
- Current registration in New York State required
- Pharmacist Doctorate (Pharm D) preferred
EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated experience in program and service development
- Quality assurance and medication use indicator experience required
- Demonstrated experience in cost containment programs
- Infusion compounding experience preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY
- Ability to communicate effectively
