Schedule: Rotating shifts; 1st shift availability (6:00am-4:00pm) and 2nd shift availability (12:30pm-9:00pm)
Novant Health is seeking a Part-Time Clinical Pharmacist Generalist to join our acute care team at Mint Hill Medical Center. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered pharmaceutical care while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes.

What You'll Do
What We're Looking For
Education: 4 Year/Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy, required. Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Committee (FPGEC) Certification. PharmD, preferred.
Experience: Postgraduate year 1 residency or fellowship OR two years of experience as a registered pharmacist in health system pharmacy. Oncology experience preferred for oncology roles, required. ASHP accredited PGY2 Infectious disease residency OR 2 years of equivalent clinical pharmacy experience in infectious diseases/antimicrobial stewardship, required.
Licensure/Certification:
Current Pharmacy licensure in appropriate state(s) or must be completed within 30 days of start date by either examination or reciprocity, required.
Board of Pharmacy Specialties Certification or other approved certification must be obtained and continuously maintained within 2 years of start date as applicable to the role; excludes PRN team members who may not be eligible to take certification exam, required.
Additional skills required: Other duties as outlined in Novant Health and facility specific policies and procedures. Ability to drive/travel to multiple facilities/locations as needed. Ability to work as part of a high performing, change ready and resilient team.
