Clinical Operations Manager - UC Health Ambulatory - Dermatology

Primary Purpose : Responsible for overall management of practice sites,enforcing policies and procedures, operations efficiency, revenue maximization and customer service expectations. Troubleshoot daily flow and manage activities of staff to include both clinical and clerical support personnel.

Knowledge and Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree minimum required.

Years of Experience: Three to five years, minimum required. Six to ten years preferred.

Skills and Knowledge: Demonstrate proficiency working with Automated Billing, Scheduling and Registration Systems. Proficiency with Electronic Medical (EMR) system, EPIC preferred.
