- Growth and capacity development
- Implementation of organizational initiatives
This role also maintains clinical responsibilities through a manageable BCBA caseload, assessments, treatment planning, caregiver training, and other clinical activities.
The ideal candidate is a strong BCBA who also demonstrates:
- Excellent judgment
- Strong communication
- Confidence handling difficult conversations
- Operational thinking
- Accountability
- Initiative
- Leadership presence
- Ability to make timely decisions
- Understanding of how clinical and business decisions intersect
- Commitment to high-quality, ethical, family-centered ABA services
This is not a traditional Clinical Director role.
It is an opportunity for a BCBA who wants to influence
how the clinic functions, how teams perform, and how the organization grows.
If you are ready for a leadership role with meaningful responsibility and real impact, we invite you to apply.
