    Job Title: Clinical Oncology Specialist

    Location: Washington DC and Covering Maryland

    We are seeking a mission-driven field professional to spearhead strategic growth for a specialized diagnostic solution across key markets. This role focuses on building strong provider partnerships, driving the adoption of evidence-based tools, and integrating services into multidisciplinary care pathways to maximize clinical impact.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of healthcare clients across the assigned territory
    • Drive service utilization by securing new accounts and expanding within existing high-value groups
    • Facilitate integration of service offerings into clinical decision-making and digital systems
    • Partner with multidisciplinary care teams to align complex services with evidence-based protocols
    • Collaborate with internal teams (medical, technical, client support, and operations) to ensure a seamless experience for providers
    • Serve as a subject matter resource for clients, delivering presentations, training, and in-services as needed
    • Attend key regional and national industry events to engage stakeholders and stay current on market dynamics
    • Own account strategy and depth across a mix of institutional and group-based practices
    • Deliver on key performance metrics, proposals, and territory growth targets
    • Maintain compliance with all internal policies and relevant healthcare regulations

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in strategic account development within health systems or multi-specialty medical groups
    • 3+ years in consultative sales, clinical diagnostics, or medical technology solutions
    • Proven track record of launching and scaling new offerings in regulated, clinical settings
    • Experience with provider adoption processes, including committee approvals or formulary review
    • Highly adept at navigating complex decision-making environments involving clinicians, administrators, and health system stakeholders
    • Strong presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills
    • Hunter mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment
    • Bachelor’s degree required; background in healthcare, life sciences, or related field preferred
