Duration: 4 month contract, plus
Standard Schedule:
9:00 AM 5:00 PM Pacific Time with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
Alternative Schedules:
8:30 AM 5:00 PM with a 1-hour unpaid lunch.
8:45 AM 5:00 PM with a 45-minute unpaid lunch.
Regular Onsite Days:
Monday and likely Tuesday and Thursday.
Winter Recess:
Last working day before recess: December 24, 2026.
Anticipated return date: January 4, 2027.
Candidates must have access to a private and confidential workspace when working remotely.
Public locations, cafe s, and shared spaces where conversations may be overheard are not permitted due to the confidential nature of the mental health clinic.
A company laptop and phone will be provided.
Parking: Paid parking is not currently provided for this assignment.
Dress Code: Business casual. Jeans are not permitted when working onsite.
The Clinical Office Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for a behavioral health clinical program. This position supports the delivery of clinical services by coordinating office operations, managing schedules, responding to client inquiries, assisting with outreach and events, and supporting clinical administrative processes.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, discreet, and comfortable working with confidential and sensitive information. Strong written and verbal communication skills, administrative coordination experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
Monitor and respond to email intake inquiries and incoming telephone calls.
Coordinate staff calendars, meetings, appointments, events, and other scheduling needs.
Provide administrative support to the Director and office administration team.
Assist with coordinating and delivering clinical program services and activities.
Maintain office equipment, supplies, and administrative resources.
Order office supplies and coordinate water delivery, vending services, and other office-related needs.
Research and compile available resources for client information and referrals.
Support outreach activities, presentations, events, educational talks, and promotional health fairs.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Respond calmly and professionally to urgent client requests and administrative needs.
Communicate professionally with clients, staff, leadership, and external contacts.
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Bachelor s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an office environment.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong administrative coordination and organizational skills.
Ability to coordinate schedules, respond to inquiries, organize activities, and manage competing priorities.
Ability to work effectively in a confidential clinical environment.
Ability to communicate professionally with clients, staff, and external contacts.
Ability to work independently in a private and secure remote workspace.
Experience working in a clinical or healthcare environment.
Experience supporting behavioral health, mental health, or other confidential service-based programs.
Experience providing executive or administrative support to directors or senior-level staff.
Experience working in an environment where customer or client satisfaction is a high priority.
