The Clinical Office Assistant, Float (RN, LPN, CMA/RMA) is a versatile healthcare professional who provides both clinical and administrative support across multiple medical practices, departments, and provider teams as assigned. This position requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to quickly integrate into different clinic environments while maintaining excellent patient care, efficiency, and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
The Clinical Office Assistant, Float (RN, LPN, CMA/RMA) provides clinical support across multiple departments, clinics, or provider teams as needed. This role is responsible for rooming patients, obtaining vital signs and medical histories, assisting with examinations and procedures, administering medications and injections as directed, performing documentation in the electronic medical record, and supporting patient care while adapting to various work locations and providers. Candidate must demonstrates flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain high-quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Current certification/license from one of the below:
Shift: Days – Monday-Friday
Hours:40 per week
Will float to various ENT offices for Deaconess Clinics.
Pay Ranges:
Clinic RN- $26.04-$36.45
Clinic LPN-$22.32-$31.25
CMA/RMA-$19.14-$26.79
This position is eligible for an additional premium, which is paid above the posted base rate.
