Program Overview:
Designed for students entering their final year of nursing school
Provides exposure to hospital operations, patient care processes, and interdisciplinary collaboration
Includes rotational assignments, mentorship from experienced nurses, and professional development activities
Serves as a pipeline for future RN roles at Bayhealth
Position Details:
Location: Kent Campus Hospital
Status: Relief (As Needed Hours)

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; active enrollment in an accredited BSN program (senior year)
Preferred Qualifications:
Completion of junior-level clinical rotations
Strong communication and organizational skills
