Clinical Nurse Manager – Free-Standing Emergency Department

A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee operations across two free-standing emergency departments. This leader will provide 24-hour oversight of nursing operations, staff performance, patient care quality, and departmental efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staffing for the Emergency Department
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff
• Support hiring, onboarding, orientation, and staff development
• Monitor productivity, scheduling, overtime, and supply utilization
• Promote patient satisfaction and service excellence
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
• Lead quality improvement and performance initiatives
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary departments to coordinate patient care
• Assist with incident follow-up, chart audits, and operational support
