In our time of Company growth, we seek a Clinical Nurse Leader RN/LPN/OBGYN Pediatric.

Work Location: Bradenton, FL

As part of this role, you will:

• Responsible to provide leading, managing, in collaboration with the Office manager in coaching and guiding all associates assigned to the department and maintaining positive, effective communication with providers, supervisors, peers, and subordinates
• Must be able to perform all staff nurse duties
• Oversees the maintenance of all appropriate logs to the Office Manager
• Ensures Provider's orders are directed to the various appropriate departments
• Completes authorizations and referrals for patients promptly
• Knowledgeable in triage and interventions regarding patients' age
• Knowledgeable regarding all medical forms (PE, work excuses, proof of pregnancy, etc.)
• Licensed LPN in good standing with the Florida Board of Nursing required
• Licensed RN in good standing with the Florida Board of Nursing required
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in professional nursing experience required
• Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety and Health Institute Required
• Cardio Department ONLY: ACLS Certification through the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Health and Safety Institute Required
• Microsoft Office Products - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint proficiency preferred

This position is accountable for leading, managing, and directing Staff Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants/phlebotomists, and Medical Assistants at an assigned MCR Health Service Center. This individual assures that services are administered utilizing professional standards with a strong focus on quality, timely care, and exceptional customer service under the direction of the medical provider. Assist in the maintenance of an environment conducive to the health, training, and well-being of peers and patients. This individual will assist in the formulation of Nursing Department Policies and Procedures.
