Clinical Nurse II - MS/Tele

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an adult acute care and telemetry setting. The RN will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess patient needs, implement care plans, monitor patient outcomes, and coordinate discharge planning.

Contract Length: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)
Pay: Best Pay in Market
Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
 
Job Summary

The RN will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess patient needs, implement care plans, monitor patient outcomes, and coordinate discharge planning.
 
Job Duties

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor patients' conditions, review test results, and promptly respond to changes in health status.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and advocate for patients.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge instructions.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes while maintaining nursing standards and patient safety.

 
Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) CA state license.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent telemetry experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent inpatient clinical nursing experience in adult acute care.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as required.
• BLS, ACLS required
