    We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Educator & Supervisor, RN for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). In this leadership role, you will support and develop a team of NICU nurses while helping ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care for our smallest patients. This position combines clinical expertise, staff development, and day-to-day leadership within a collaborative neonatal care environment.

    What you'll do

    • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to NICU nursing staff.
    • Coordinate and deliver education, orientation, and ongoing competency development programs.
    • Promote clinical excellence and evidence-based nursing practice throughout the unit.
    • Partner with interdisciplinary teams to support quality, safety, and patient outcomes.
    • Serve as a resource for staff, helping to address clinical challenges and support professional growth.

    Who you are

    • Registered Nurse with extensive Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) experience preferred.
    • Experienced in nursing leadership, supervision, education, precepting, or staff development.
    • Strong understanding of neonatal critical care practices and regulatory standards.
    • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in nursing required; advanced degree or specialty certification preferred.
