Summary
POSITION INFORMATION
Position summary:
The OB CLinical Educator will assist the ACM in the orientation of new employees to OB, including performing competency testing of new employees, and also plan and conduct ongoing staff development when a new procedure or new equipment warrants training or when learning needs have been identified by the CM/ACM.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
RN required; Bachelor''s degree preferred; certification in Labor & Delivery or Postpartum Nursing preferred. Certification as NRP or EFM Instructor preferred.
Required length and type of experience:
Minimum 5 years experience in OB Nursing, experience in Special Care Nursery or NICU is required.
Required licensure, certification or registry:
RN License
