    Job description:

    We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator for a full time position to join our team!

    This is a full time, in-office position with a schedule of Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM.

    Position Summary

    We are seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our team as a Home Health Field Nurse Educator. In this role, you will provide clinical training, mentorship, and support to field nurses to ensure high-quality, patient centered care in home health settings.

    Responsibilities

    • Train and mentor new and existing field nurses through orientation, skills validation, and ongoing education.
    • Conduct field visits to assess competency, provide coaching, and support clinical staff with complex cases.
    • Ensure compliance with CMS regulations, OASIS documentation, and agency policies.
    • Collaborate with leadership to develop educational programs, resources and quality initiatives.
    • Promote evidence - based practice and professional growth among staff.
