Clinical Nurse Educator Home Health Full Time (2447)

Position Summary:

Facilitates the educational component for nursing and clinical staff and is responsible for following the progress of each new clinician through the onboarding process.. Acts as a liaison between clients, nursing staff, and the company. Provides guidance regarding clinical issues, protocol, and compliance, under the direction of the Executive Director of Nursing. Creates and implements annual education plan.

Position Summary:

Registered Nurse responsible for educational interventions and nursing practice instruction within Brooks Rehabilitation.

Job Qualifications:

• Ability to work with and provide leadership to an interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate strong team-building qualities in maintaining home care operations.
• Notable verbal and written ability to communicate with patients, physicians, clinicians, and others.
• Strong written communication abilities, able to prepare and maintain accurate, concise and meaningful reports.
• Able to thoroughly train new employees as well as tenured employees.
• In-department administrator of training records and reports ensuring ACHA standards are maintained

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Nursing in the state of Florida is required, MSN is preferred.
• Clinical nursing education/ practice as a registered nurse within a Home Health setting.

Compensation: Experience and education may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
