Job Responsibilities
Monday – Friday 8:30AM-5PM
On–Call Requirement (1 Week a Month Rotation)
Overseeing Daily Operations, Activities, and Patient Care Staff
Performs Marketing Duties and Fosters Public Relations for The Company
Consults And Plans with Healthcare Facilities Regarding Staffing Needs and Communicates the Concept of Quality Client Care to the General Community
Evaluates the Program, Services, and Field Personnel
Collaborates with the DON/Administrator and Executive Director in the Formulation of a Business Plan (Strategic Goals, Resource Allocation, and Yearly Budget)
Job Requirements
Registered Nurse in the State of Florida-Required Upon Hire
2 Years Home Health Experience
1 Year of Supervisory Experience
Must Have OASIS Experience
Must Have Current CPR Certification
