Clinical Manager - Registered Nurse (RN)

We are looking for a strong Clinical Manager (RN) to support our growing home health team. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys leading nurses, staying clinically involved, and making a real impact on patient care and team success.

This is not a sit-behind-a-desk role — you’ll be actively supporting your team in the field, reviewing clinical work, and helping set the tone for quality care.

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee and support a team of RNs in the field

• Provide clinical review of documentation, OASIS, and overall patient care plans

• Conduct client/patient visits as needed for quality and support

• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new nursing staff

• Be a go-to clinical resource for your team

• Partner with leadership to improve processes, outcomes, and team performance

What we’re looking for:

• Active RN license (CT)

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – required

• Home health experience (strongly preferred)

• Experience with OASIS and clinical documentation review

• Prior leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal)

• Someone who is supportive, responsive, and not afraid to jump in when needed
