    Clinical Manager | Onalaska Family Medicine & Vaccine Clinic

    Location: Onalaska, WI

    FTE: 1.0, salaried position

    Schedule: Monday through Friday, normal clinic hours with occasional early (0700) or late (1700-1800) meetings.

    Position Overview

This is an opportunity to lead one of our most established and high-performing primary care practices in Onalaska, overseeing both Family Medicine and the Vaccine Clinic.

    As Clinical Manager, you'll partner closely with an engaged leadership team and a highly collaborative staff. This is a visible leadership role within a busy, thriving practice known for excellent patient satisfaction, strong employee engagement, and involvement in system-wide initiatives, pilots, and improvement projects. You'll have the opportunity to influence the future of care delivery while helping shape ongoing growth at our Onalaska location.

    What You'll Do

    • Provide operational and administrative leadership for Family Medicine and Vaccine Clinic services.

    • Lead and develop a team of approximately 40 employees, including RNs, Medical Assistants, Office Associates, and scheduling staff.

    • Partner with physician leadership and key stakeholders to achieve quality, service, financial, and strategic objectives.

    • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

    • Lead change management efforts and help implement new programs, pilots, and system initiatives.

    • Collaborate with leaders across our primary care departments, including Family Medicine, General Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics.

    What You'll Bring

    Required

    • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field.

    • 5-7 years of clinical or equivalent healthcare experience demonstrating leadership skills.

    Preferred

    • Bachelor's degree in a field related to the clinical specialty.

    • Previous management experience in a healthcare setting (strongly preferred).

    • Primary care or ambulatory clinic leadership experience.
