Are you an experienced NP or PA with strong clinical leadership and clinical research experience? We’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a leading clinical research organization and take on a hybrid clinical + site management role.
Provide clinical care and assessments to research participants
Perform physical exams, monitor patients, and administer treatments
Support the execution of clinical trial protocols
Lead and mentor clinical research staff
Oversee scheduling, training, performance, and day-to-day site operations
Support clinical trial quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Help improve site efficiency, productivity, and operational performance
NP with MSN/DNP, active RN license & board certification OR PA with accredited PA program, NY license & board certification
5+ years of leadership/clinical management experience
Experience managing clinical staff and site operations
Clinical research experience, ideally in CNS / neurology / psychiatry studies
Knowledge of GCP, ICH, HIPAA, and clinical trial protocols
Experience with budgeting, business planning, or operational management
Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
