Are you an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for dementia care? Do you enjoy leading clinical operations while building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and your team?

The Solana East Cobb, a luxury senior living community offering Assisted Living and Memory Care, is seeking a compassionate Clinical Manager - Memory Care to help lead the clinical operations of our Memory Care neighborhood. Working alongside the Memory Care Program Director, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional care and creating a safe, engaging environment for residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.

What You'll Do

As the Clinical Manager - Memory Care, you'll oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the neighborhood while supporting residents, families, and team members. Responsibilities include:

• Manage the daily operations of the Wellness Center

• Complete resident assessments and ongoing reassessments

• Develop and update individualized resident care plans

• Coordinate resident admissions and maintain accurate EMAR documentation

• Oversee medication management and incident reporting

• Partner with the Memory Care Program Director to ensure exceptional resident care

• Coach and support caregivers on dementia care best practices

• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, and team members

• Help maintain Arbor's high standards for quality, programming, dining, and resident experience

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required

• Minimum one year of experience caring for individuals with dementia

• Experience working in a Memory Care or senior living setting preferred

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred, but not required

• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills

• Passion for person-centered care and serving older adults
