    Job Description

    The Clinical Manager provides direct clinical supervision to assist in maintaining appropriate clinical standards with 24-hour accountability. Participates in development and management of the budget.

    Education

    Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is required.

    Experience

    5+ years of staff nurse experience with progressive clinical management skills required

    1+ years of demonstrated leadership skills by functioning as a resource/charge RN for at least one year is required

    Certification & Licensure

    Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Virginia is required

    National Certification by specialty organization is required within two years of hire
