Clinical Manager - Bed Control / Transfer Center

Responsibilities: Lead the coordination of patient transfers from referring facilities, ensuring the seamless movement of complex cases to Piedmont Atlanta Hospital. Licenses and Certifications RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Upon Hire Required.

Optimize patient care and operational efficiency by overseeing the hospital transfer process and ensuring smooth patient flow throughout the facility. Qualifications: Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or related field Required
• Master’s Degree Preferred

Work Experience

• 5 years clinical inpatient hospital experience with 2 of those years working in a leadership capacity. Required
