Summary:
The Department of OBGYN is seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager who is energized by growth, innovation, and change. This is an exciting opportunity for a relational and highly motivated nurse leader who enjoys developing teams and helping shape new and evolving models of care, while also maintaining direct clinical nursing skills.
The Clinical Nurse Manager will have the opportunity to help shape the growth of the practice, develop its nursing infrastructure and support model, and build workflows that meet the needs of an expanding patient population. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about change management and excited by the opportunity to help build and refine programs rather than simply maintain established processes.

This position offers a unique opportunity to join a practice at a pivotal point in its development. The manager will also provide direct nursing support as part of the multispecialty nursing team. The position is designed to offer the opportunity to combine nursing leadership with continued hands-on clinical practice.
In partnership with the Practice Manager, the Clinical Nurse Manager will support compliance with regulatory, infection prevention, quality, and patient satisfaction standards while fostering a positive environment focused on employee engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The manager will also promote top-of-scope nursing practice, clinical excellence, and consistent nursing standards across the practice.
Successful candidates will be adaptable, collaborative, solution-oriented, and comfortable leading through change. The Clinical Nurse Manager will work closely with department leadership, providers, and the interdisciplinary care team to support continued practice growth and ensure the highest delivery of quality patient care.
Consistent with Pennsylvania Abortion Control Act guidelines, this clinical site provides medication-induced and procedural abortion care.
