Job Responsibilities
- Exemplify a working knowledge of all levels of care available in the facility and work to develop specific sales programs and referrals based on that knowledge
- Maximize the number of referrals from key physicians, physician organizations, hospital accounts, and other local market sources in order to meet area sales plans and goals
- Identify customer needs
- Works with Corporate Marketing Department to develop and implement plans to satisfy customer needs
- Communicate effectively with Corporate Marketing Department, Regional Director of Operations and Administrators.
- Document all sales activities
- Maintain up-to-date information on market area and competitors, including pricing, census, product information and sales strategies
- Understand the local managed care environment products and impact on the sales process.
- Maintain schedules for all marketing and sales programs
- Willingness to serve as a team member and support the efforts of all sales and operational programs
- Additional duties as assigned
