Cobleskill Regional Hospital has made keeping up with changing medical technology a top priority. In 2014 - 2015, major enhancements were made to the Hospital's Emergency Department which resulted in an expanded number of treatment rooms, Medical Imaging technologies continue to be a primary focus with the addition of a low-dose, 64-slice CT scanner made possible in part by a federal appropriation secured by Congressman Paul Tonko and awarded through a U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration HCOF grant.
In 1994, the Community Hospital of Schoharie County, became affiliated with Bassett Healthcare, and took the name Bassett Hospital of Schoharie County.
