We are seeking a Laboratory Director to oversee hospital laboratory services.

Schedule:
Full-time leadership role

Responsibilities:

• Direct all laboratory operations and departments
• Manage staffing, compliance, and budgeting
• Ensure quality standards and accreditation compliance
• Improve operational workflows and performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in laboratory science or related field
• Prior leadership experience in clinical laboratory setting required
