Clinical Laboratory Supervisor

Looking for a new laboratory leadership opportunity?
A hospital outside of Warner Robins, GA is seeking an experienced laboratory professional to lead operations.

Position Highlights

• Full-time leadership position
• Lead day-to-day laboratory operations and technical services
• Strong focus on Blood Bank operations
• Oversee quality, regulatory compliance, accreditation & competency
• Support process improvement and strategic initiatives
• Coach, develop, and support laboratory staff
• Collaborate with laboratory leaders across multiple locations

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences, Medical Technology, or equivalent
• MLS (ASCP BOC), MT (ASCP), or equivalent certification
• At least 3 years of technical laboratory experience
• 5+ years preferred, particularly in Blood Bank
• Previous laboratory leadership experience
• Knowledge of CAP, regulatory requirements, quality processes & policy development
• Strong communication, organization, and people skills
