Clinical Infusion Coordinator

The Clinical Infusion Coordinator works in coordination with the National Director of Pharma and Specialty Staffing and Clinical Director to review and coordinate referrals, assess patient needs, and support the delivery of safe, compliant, and high-quality infusion services. Patient management responsibilities include scheduling and tracking clinical activities in branches, including: Admissions.

The Clinical Infusion Coordinator is responsible for supporting the clinical management, overseeing compliance with clinical requirements for field infusion nurses, and ensuring adherence to applicable state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and company policies and procedures. The Clinical Infusion Coordinator works in coordination with the National Director of Pharma and Specialty Staffing and Clinical Director to review and coordinate referrals, assess patient needs, and support the delivery of safe, compliant, and high-quality infusion services.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.Patient management responsibilities include scheduling and tracking clinical activities in branches, including:

• Admissions
• Recertification visits
• Supervisory visits of field infusion nurses
• Skilled visits
• Hourly care
• Physician orders
• Care coordination between all caregivers and other entities involved in the patient’s care.
• Care onboarding and training as needed.
• Review of clinical documentation
• Other duties as assigned
