Job Description:

CLINICAL FIELD MANAGER

As a Clinical Field Manager, you empower a team of therapy (PT/OT/ST) providers, ensuring every aspect of patient care is delivered with precision and adherence to Phyt Rehab’s esteemed policies and industry standards. You will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and overseeing a diverse team of dedicated interdisciplinary professionals, from early career to seasoned clinicians. As an integral part of the management team, you uphold the mission, vision, and values of Phyt Rehab, supporting a team that elevates patient-centered care and ensures clients receive high-quality service and support.

What You Will Do

• Oversee an interdisciplinary team of clinicians that deliver quality patient care from admission to discharge.
• Proactively execute administrative functions to achieve seamless patient care including the review of clinician caseloads, staffing needs, recruitment process, and assigned scheduling of team members.
• Business Development initiatives and Manage client relationships: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and build relationships. Visit clients weekly and as needed.
• Use and learn tools and systems, problem solve new and different situations and escalate issues timely to leadership to achieve organizational success and improved clinical outcomes.
• Manage, empower, and motivate team members in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to multi-task

Licenses and Certifications:

• License and current registration to practice as a PT / PTA / OT / OTA / SLP in the state of Wisconsin

Location:

• Wausau / Marshfield area (Must be ready to travel)
