As a Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work closely with students, educators, and families to assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders within the school setting. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide evidence-based interventions to support student success. The district is looking to fill the following positions within Hillsborough County Public Schools:Position 1: Full-Time SLPSchool: Hammond Elementary SchoolStart Date: Immediate HireExpected Hours: Up to 37.5 hours per week; 7.5 hours per day for full-time Position 2: Full-Time SLPSchool: 2.5 days a week at Young Middle and 2.5 days a week at Williams Middle MagnetStart Date: January 29, 2027 through End of School YearExpected Hours: Up to 37.5 hours per week; 7.5 hours per day for full-time ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication skills.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals.Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs in the classroom and beyond.Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided and student progress.Participate in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and ongoing training.
