Summary:
The Clinical Educator is a professional development specialist whose primary responsibility is to facilitate lifelong learning and professional development activities among clinical staff. Through the application of adult learning theory and strong instructional design, the Clinical Educators work results in measurable program outcomes in areas such as new hire orientation, ongoing competency, in-services, continuing education, career development, scholarship/research, and academic partnerships.
