The Nursing Professional Development Clinical Leader leads, facilitates, and supports organizational and department level programs, committees, and projects that are essential to Nursing Professional Development Services department objectives and UVA Health's nursing strategic goals. The NPD Clinical Leader utilizes the Nursing Professional Development Practice Model as a foundation for supporting the organization's mission and vision. By employing the roles of learning facilitator, change agent, mentor, leader, champion for inquiry, advocate for NPDS specialty, and partner for practice transitions, the NPD Clinical leader joins with interdisciplinary team members and healthcare partners to deliver evidence-based education and professional development.

The starting base rate for this role is $140,000.00 annually. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
