IV Nutrition – Oklahoma City, OK
IV Nutrition OKC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse or Paramedic to serve as our Clinic Director.
This is a leadership-first position for someone who can successfully manage people, operations, clinical quality, and client experience while helping grow a wellness-focused business.
The Clinic Director has primary responsibility for the day-to-day success of the clinic. You will lead and develop the team, oversee clinical operations, strengthen client consultations and wellness planning, improve rebooking and retention, and ensure every client receives a professional, personalized experience.
We believe sustainable growth comes from doing the right things for the client: understanding their goals, educating them, developing an appropriate wellness plan, providing excellent care, and helping them remain consistent with that plan.
Lead the daily operations and overall performance of the clinic
Coach, develop, and hold clinic staff accountable to performance and service expectations
Ensure clients receive thoughtful wellness recommendations based on their goals, assessments, provider-approved protocols, and available services
Help staff clearly communicate the why behind recommendations and the importance of consistency
Improve client rebooking, retention, wellness-plan follow-through, and long-term loyalty
Monitor clinic KPIs including client visits, rebooking, retention, memberships, average client value, revenue, and operational performance
Oversee safe and effective IV therapy administration and clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with physician orders, clinical protocols, company policies, and applicable regulations
Manage scheduling, staffing, workflow, inventory, supplies, and operational controls
Address client concerns promptly and professionally
Support client follow-up, local marketing, networking, and community engagement
Work closely with ownership to identify opportunities to improve the client experience and clinic performance
The Clinic Director remains actively involved in clinical care and is expected to provide leadership and support to the clinical team.
Responsibilities include:
IV placement and vascular access
Safe administration of IV and IM therapies
Clinical assessment and documentation
Supporting staff with difficult or complex clinical situations
Maintaining high standards for safety, professionalism, and quality of care
Required:
Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) or Paramedic license
Current BLS certification
Strong vascular access and infusion skills
Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience
Approximately 2–5 years of vascular access, infusion, or relevant clinical experience
Preferred:
ACLS certification
Experience leading a client-facing healthcare or wellness team
Experience with client retention, memberships, wellness programs, or consultative client care
Experience working with KPIs, revenue metrics, rebooking, retention, or performance management
You may be a strong fit if you:
Take ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do
Enjoy coaching and developing people
Can balance excellent clinical care with strong business performance
Are comfortable discussing wellness plans, memberships, rebooking, and client retention
Understand that recommendations should be based on what is appropriate for the client
Are comfortable being accountable for measurable results
Can address performance problems directly and professionally
Enjoy building relationships with clients
Stay organized and effective in a fast-paced environment
Look for solutions when operational challenges arise
This position is probably not a fit if you are looking primarily for an individual clinical role without significant leadership responsibility.
The Clinic Director is accountable for the clinic's people, performance, culture, client experience, clinical quality, retention, and financial results.
Staff will need coaching. Clients will have questions and concerns. Operational problems will occur. Rebooking and retention will require consistent attention.
The Clinic Director is expected to lead through those challenges, develop the team, solve problems, and create the consistency and client experience that produce long-term client relationships and sustainable clinic growth.
Full-time leadership position
Typical shifts are approximately 8–10 hours
Approximately 2–4 weekend shifts per month, depending on staffing needs
Extended shifts are scheduled in advance
Mandatory overtime is not a regular expectation
IV Nutrition OKC provides personalized wellness services designed to support clients in achieving their health and wellness goals. Our approach emphasizes client education, individualized wellness planning, appropriate clinical recommendations, and consistency of care.
