    The Role: Clinical Director

    As Clinical Director, you’ll balance clinical excellence with operational leadership. You’ll:

    • Lead by example in delivering exceptional patient care
    • Coach, support, and elevate fellow veterinarians and support staff
    • Collaborate with hospital leadership on workflow, culture, and client experience

    The pay range for this role is:

    180,000.00 - 240,000.00 USD per year (Montclair Pet Hospital)
