Responsibilities

• Lead Clinical Excellence
• Provide direct oversight of ABA programs ensuring quality care and ethical best practices.
• Mentor & Support BCBAs
• Conduct structured mentorships, skill development training, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership
• Work with the Center Manager to support onboarding, staffing, and clinical structure.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration
• Partner with OTs, SLPs, psychologists, and other specialists to provide comprehensive patient-centered care.
• Family Engagement
• Strengthen caregiver relationships, conduct family guidance sessions, and drive treatment success.
• Maintain Clinical Integrity
• Ensure compliance with BACB standards and Hopebridges quality benchmarks.
• Track & Improve Performance
• Utilize key clinical metrics to assess trends, implement action plans, and optimize patient outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications

• BCBA Certification
• Minimum of three years of BCBA experience.
• Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Leadership & Mentorship Experience
• Prior experience supervising BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs preferred.
• Expertise in ABA Assessments
• Proficiency in VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, EFL, AFLS, PEAK, and Practical Functional Assessments.
• Strong Communication & Collaboration Skills
• Ability to engage mentors and drive clinical performance across teams.
• Ethical Compassionate Leadership
• Passionate about developing clinicians, enhancing patient outcomes, and fostering a culture of growth.
