Who We Are
Gold Vine, a Sunshine ABA company, is built on the belief of “ABA Therapy for a Brighter Future.” As we grow and evolve, our mission remains the same — providing high-quality ABA therapy to children (ages 2–14) and their families, with a focus on unity, growth, and support.

We are afamily-owned, BCBA-led organization, meaning our decisions are guided by clinical quality, ethical care, and long-term outcomes — not corporate metrics. In a time when many ABA companies are facing regulatory challenges, our structure provides long-term stability for both clinicians and families.  If you are a BCBA who loves clinical work but is tired of high-volume corporate pressure, constant instability, unclear expectations, or feeling like you are just another provider in a large system, this role was built for you.

Our team is more than employees — we’re a family.  We invest in our people as much as our clients, creating an environment where leaders are supported, heard, and set up for success.

Why This Role Is Different
Starting over can feel overwhelming. Building a caseload, credentialing, and insurance requirements during a transition add up.

At Gold Vine ABA, you are not expected to figure that out alone. We provide the structure, guidance, and administrative support needed to help you step into the role with confidence.

  • A stable clinic with consistent clients, clear expectations, and a reliable work environment

  • Support through licensing, credentialing, and insurance requirements, fully accessible administrative and scheduling team so you can jump into clinical leadership without getting bogged down with administrative duties

  • Realistic responsibilities and balance without the burnout, career sustainability and long-term growth opportunities

Why Augusta, GA?

  • Significantly lower cost of living compared to surrounding metro areas

  • A growing city with strong healthcare and professional infrastructure

  • Home to major medical centers and an expanding provider community

  • More space, less congestion, and a stronger sense of community

  • Easy access to South Carolina, Atlanta, and regional travel

About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to lead the opening of a new clinic in Augusta — giving you the chance to shape culture, build your team, and set the clinical standard from the ground up. This role oversees all clinical operations, ensuring quality care, staff development, and program innovation. Within this leadership role, you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll work closely with a leadership team who provide ongoing guidance, oversight, and support as the clinic grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight of all ABA programs

  • Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs

  • Oversee assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation

  • Ensure compliance with BACB, ethical, and regulatory standards

  • Partner with families to ensure progress and quality care

  • Drive program development, training, and continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with leadership on budgeting and clinic growth

Qualifications

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in ABA, psychology, or related field

  • Active BCBA certification required

  • 4+ years of ABA clinical experience, including leadership/supervision

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Commitment to family-centered, evidence-based care

Preferred:

  • Doctorate in psychology, behavior analysis, or related field

  • Experience in program development and staff training

  • Familiarity with serving children with autism and developmental disabilities

Who This Role Is Perfect For

  • BCBAs ready to step into clinical leadership
  • Clinicians looking to transition out of high cost-of-living markets
  • Leaders seeking stronger support and a more sustainable pace
  • Those excited to help shape and grow a clinic
