- Lead regional implementation and clinical operations of school-based mental health, substance abuse, and behavioral health services across campuses.

- Direct implementation of substance abuse programming, including prevention, early intervention, and recovery supports.

- Lead crisis response efforts, including risk and threat assessments, safety
planning, stabilization, and post-crisis recovery.

- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field required.
- Ph.D. from an accredited university preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in mental health services, including
leadership or supervisory experience required.
- Experience working in a school-based or youth-serving environment.
- Two or more years of direct experience with adolescent substance use and co-occurring disorders preferred.
- Knowledge of adolescent development, mental health trends, and substance use prevention.
