Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Clinical Data Manager for a Contract with a client in Maple Grove, MN. The ideal candidate is responsible for overseeing clinical study data quality, risk assessment, and data management activities to support regulatory submissions and study execution.

Rate Range: $42/hour to $46/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Clinical Data Manager Job Responsibilities include:

  • Lead clinical data management activities, including data review, data cleaning, discrepancy management, and database quality oversight throughout the study lifecycle.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to identify critical study data, assess risks, and implement data quality controls to support regulatory compliance.

  • Oversee Case Report Form (CRF) development, edit check design, database testing, and study database release activities.

  • Analyze clinical study data, investigate discrepancies, manage query resolution, and drive corrective actions to ensure high-quality datasets.

  • Monitor progress toward data cleaning, database freeze, and database lock milestones to support regulatory submissions and business objectives.

  • Partner with Clinical Operations, Biometrics, Safety, and Project Management teams to maintain data integrity, mitigate risks, and improve study execution processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in biology, Health Sciences, Life Sciences, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in Clinical Operations, Clinical Data Management, or a healthcare-related field.

  • Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), global regulations for investigational studies, clinical data review, and risk-based data management.

  • Proven experience leading clinical data management activities, including CRF development, database validation, discrepancy management, data cleaning, and regulatory submission support.

Pay Details: $42.00 to $46.00 per hour
