Job Summary and Qualifications

Under the general direction of the Radiology Director and the Radiology School Program Director the Radiology Technology School Program Clinical Coordinator is responsible for the direction coordination and daily operation of the Radiology School. Duties include curriculum development didactic clinical instructions correlating and coordinating clinical education with didactic education and evaluating its effectiveness student supervision student evaluation academic counseling and coordination of various clinical sites in conjunction with the Program Director. The Radiologic Technology School Program Clinical Coordinator assesses and ensures the effectiveness of the overall program in Radiology Technology while working directly with the students and assists with maintaining all standards for accreditation by the JRCERT.

Your role will include

Coordinating clinical education schedules student placements materials and communication

Administering HealthStream including course builds learner data and reporting

Maintaining documentation to support accreditation and regulatory readiness

Generating dashboards participation trends and program insights

Assisting educators with logistics workflow support and operational improvements

Supporting budget tracking resources and cost-aware decisions

What qualifications you will need

Graduate from an accredited school of Radiologic technology either a two year or four year program.

Current certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technology ARRT.American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Cardiac Life Support BLS

Minimum of 1 year experience as an instructor in an accredited school of radiology technology required

Proficient in curriculum development supervision instruction evaluation and academic counseling.

Familiar with standards needed for accreditation by JRCERT.

Proficient with diagnostic imaging equipment including associated patient monitoring equipment PACS. Scanning equipment image generation equipment teleradiology equipment computers RISHIS
