ResponsibilitiesThe Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator reports to the Practice Manager and supervises the medical assistants and front desk staff within the Adult Health Center clinic on a daily basis, overseeing office workflow, scheduling, and patient satisfaction. QualificationsJob Requirements: Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferredCurrent valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse LicenseSupervisory experience in a team leader role in a primary care setting preferredThree years of work experience as a professional nurseFamiliarity with community resources in the medical environmentBLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education, and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
