Clinical Coordinator, Brooklyn and Manhattan

A mission-driven human services organization is seeking a full-time, permanent Clinical Coordinator to support a supportive housing program serving individuals working toward long-term housing stability. The Clinical Coordinator will provide clinical oversight and supervision to frontline staff while ensuring high-quality, person-centered services aligned with trauma-informed and strengths-based practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of Case Managers and Consumer Advocates
• Provide regular individual and group supervision to direct reports
• Guide staff in implementing effective case management strategies using motivational interviewing and trauma-informed care principles
• Oversee development, implementation, and quality of individualized service plans
• Participate in client intake and assessment processes
• Provide clinical leadership, consultation, and crisis support as needed
• Support program compliance, documentation standards, and incident management procedures

Salary range is $64,000-$68,000.
