Clinical - Clinical Review Nurse - Concurrent Review. This is a

Pay Range: $38 - $39/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Review clinical records, medical necessity, level of care, and discharge plans.
- Process denial letters for Medicaid behavioral and physical health services.
- Document review findings and actions in the TruCare Cloud system.
- Collaborate with providers, Medical Directors, and care management teams.
- Meet daily production targets and achieve 100% productivity after training.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Active RN license with a Compact Nurse License.
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
- Ability to work independently and meet productivity goals.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays as needed.
- Experience in managed care organization (MCO) and Medicaid.
- Familiarity with TruCare Cloud and Copilot.
- Previous remote work experience.
