    What We Offer

    Clinical Care Partner (CCP) - Pediatrics

    Location: Winston-Salem, North Carolina

    Department: Pediatrics

    Full‑Time | Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; One Saturday morning rotation every 6-8 weeks.

    Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

    Coordinates and assists the provider and nursing to ensure safe quality/cost effective service and care for the people within the practice population. Provides and documents clinical care and maintenance of a safe and clean environment, under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse/APP or physician.     What You'll Do

    • Welcome and room pediatric patients for appointments.
    • Obtain and document patient vital signs.
    • Assist with vision and hearing screenings.
    • Prepare exam rooms and ensure they are stocked with necessary supplies.
    • Assist providers during patient examinations and procedures as needed.
    • Accurately document patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR).
    • Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
    • Follow infection prevention and patient safety guidelines.
    • Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.

    What We're Looking For

    Education: High School or GED requiared.

    Experience:

    • Two years preferred. Acute experience for CNA 1.
    • One year preferred - CNA2 or EMT
    • One year preferred - Experience in healthcare setting or Physician Assistant or medical school student enrolled in an accredited program or gap year.

    Licensure/Certification: (required):

    • NA I in good standing within the NA registry; OR
    • NA II in good standing with NA II certification with required state; OR
    • EMT current credential in appropriate state; OR
    • One year clinical (medical) office experience; OR
    • Physician Assistant or Medical School student enrolled in accredited program or in gap year

    Additional Skills/Requirements (required):

    • Ability to successfully complete generic and department specific skills validation and competency testing.
    • Basic computer skills for documentation
