Position Summary
The Onsite Medical Care Coordinator (Licensed Medical Professional) supports and coordinates onsite clinical operations across multiple clinic locations. This role serves as a key liaison between providers, vendors, and employees while ensuring smooth clinic workflows, regulatory compliance, and accurate administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Clinic & Provider Coordination
Coordinate daily onsite clinical operations across multiple locations
Schedule advanced practice providers for clinic coverage
Manage vendor relationships supporting onsite care
Coordinate employee scheduling for onsite provider visits
Answer inbound calls and triage requests appropriately
Vaccinations, Biometrics & Event Management
Organize and oversee vaccination clinics and biometric screening events
Order, track, and coordinate delivery of medical supplies
Assist with billing, inventory tracking, and supply management
Administrative & Clerical Support
Request medical records for workers’ compensation cases
Coordinate employee follow-up care and documentation
Manage employee timecards and PTO requests
Maintain and update client trackers and operational documentation
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain CLIA certifications and related documentation
Update clinic policies, procedures, and training manuals
Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards
Data Management & Reporting
Perform charting and documentation in electronic clinical systems
Use Microsoft Excel for tracking, scheduling, and reporting
Ensure accurate and timely recordkeeping across clinic operations
Required Qualifications
Licensed medical professional in the state of Wisconsin (LPN, RN, MA, Paramedic, OT/PT or equivalent)
Active BLS certification
Experience with onsite clinical charting systems
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Clinical, administrative, and industrial settings
Frequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, and computer use
Ability to occasionally lift up to 30–50 pounds
