Job Summary
This position will provide nursing support to patients transitioning out of inpatient rehab as well as outpatient needs within the division of Physical Medicine and Rehab. Care to include patients of Chelsea, Burlington and any ambulatory location within Michigan Medicine where Physical Medicine & Rehab is provided.

Required Qualifications*
Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Michigan.
Bachelors degree in Nursing OR Associates degree/diploma in Nursing along with a Master's degree in Nursing
Two (2) or more years of nursing experience (in the last 5 years) in areas relevant to the care of musculoskeletal patients.
Minimum of 1 year experience specific to Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation patients

Work Schedule
Hours per week: 40
Shift/ Days/ Hours: Day shift; Monday through Friday; specific hours to be determined upon hire
Location: Chelsea Health Center/Burlington Building with possibility of providing care for patients at any Michigan Medicine locations where CMC/PMR services are provided
Note: All new employees will be expected to float to a designated unit(s) in times of low census.
Union Affiliation
This position is covered under the collective bargaining agreement between the U-M and the Michigan Nurses Association and the U-M Professional Nurse Council union, which contains and settles all matters with respect to wages, benefits, hours and other terms and conditions of employment.
