Clinical Billing & Reconciliation Manager

ImpactKare is partnering with a well-established specialty healthcare organization in Edmond, Oklahoma, to identify an experienced Clinical Billing & Reconciliation Manager to join their team.

This is a management-level opportunity for someone with a strong healthcare billing and revenue cycle background who understands how charges, payments, deposits, and balances flow from the clinical side through the financial process. A major focus of this role will be partnering closely with Accounting on bank reconciliation and ensuring clinical billing activity accurately balances with financial records.

The Opportunity

• Partner closely with the Accounting team on bank reconciliation, ensuring clinical charges, posted payments, deposits, and balances accurately align with financial records
• Review and reconcile billing activity associated with clinic office visits, radiology appointments, and other clinical services
• Ensure charges and payments are accurately posted and appropriately balanced
• Research discrepancies between billing records, posted payments, deposits, and financial records
• Identify missing, incorrect, or unmatched charges and payments and drive issues through resolution
• Monitor daily reconciliation activity and maintain accurate supporting documentation
• Assist with month-end reconciliation and reporting processes
• Work cross-functionally with Accounting, Revenue Cycle, and clinic leadership to resolve financial discrepancies
• Maintain strong internal processes and controls surrounding clinical billing and reconciliation
• Identify opportunities to improve billing accuracy, reconciliation workflows, and overall revenue cycle efficiency
• Provide leadership, accountability, and process oversight within the clinical billing function

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in healthcare billing, revenue cycle, or patient financial services
• Hands-on experience with payment, deposit, and/or bank reconciliation processes
• Strong understanding of charges, payments, adjustments, balances, and payment posting within a healthcare environment
• Experience partnering with Accounting or Finance teams to reconcile financial activity
• Physician practice, specialty clinic, or outpatient healthcare experience strongly preferred
• Experience with radiology or diagnostic billing is a plus
• Previous leadership, management, or senior-level revenue cycle experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working with financial data
• Process-driven mindset with the ability to take ownership and follow discrepancies through resolution

Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
Location: On-site in Edmond, Oklahoma
