This individual would build a clinical neurosurgery practice focusing on neuro-oncological surgery including both routine and complex surgeries. This position will provide clinical services at two primary inpatient locations Parkland Health & Hospital System and Clements University Hospital as well as ambulatory clinics across the DFW region including the Simmons Comprehensive Cancer Center on the main campus Frisco or Ft Worth.

In support of the Departments academic mission, faculty members are expected to teach neurosurgery residents and medical students, develop an area of academic focus, and participate in clinical research activities.

It is strongly preferred that the candidate will have a tumor fellowship. Candidates must be board certified or eligible in Neurosurgery and eligible for a Texas Medical License.
