    Position Summary

    The Division of Radiologic Science is recruiting for a fixed-term, faculty appointment at the rank of Clinical Assistant Professor or Clinical Associate Professor.

    The faculty member will have the primary responsibilities of:

    • Teaching upper division undergraduate degree courses related to professional communication, leadership, research, medicolegal issues, and masters level research courses;
    • Active role in leadership in the Division of Radiologic Science;
    • Curriculum Director for masters degree program;
    • Additional duties as assigned by Division Director.

    Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

    • Doctoral degree related to administration, healthcare, research, public health, or informatics; Applicants nearing completion of doctoral degree may be considered.
    • Graduate of an accredited medical imaging program (JRCERT or JRCDMS)
    • Certification in radiography by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or certification in sonography by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography

    Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience

    • Prior teaching experience in a baccalaureate medical imaging program
    • Record of leadership positions in academics, healthcare, or industry
    • Prior administrative experience
    • Publication and presentation record at the state, regional, and national level
    • Active participation in professional societies (JRCERT/JRCDMS, ARRT/ARDMS)
