    An established specialty healthcare practice is seeking a Clinical Assistant to help patients improve their health and quality of life through a rapidly growing area of medicine. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Medical Assistant or Dental Assistant looking to transition into a unique specialty with extensive paid training and long-term career growth.

    No prior Dental Sleep Medicine experience is required. We are looking for someone with strong patient communication skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to learn.

    What You'll Do

    • Welcome and prepare patients for appointments

    • Build meaningful relationships with patients throughout their treatment journey

    • Capture digital impressions using advanced technology

    • Assist providers during patient appointments

    • Educate patients regarding treatment plans and next steps

    • Coordinate follow-up appointments and ongoing care

    • Communicate with referring physician offices

    • Maintain treatment documentation and patient records

    • Prepare and maintain clinical equipment and treatment rooms

    • Support an exceptional patient experience from consultation through follow-up care

    What We're Looking For

    • Medical Assistant or Dental Assistant experience preferred

    • Strong patient service and communication skills

    • Professional, dependable, and positive attitude

    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

    • Comfortable learning new technology and equipment

    • Experience using electronic medical or dental records

    • Reliable transportation

    • Willingness to travel occasionally between local offices
