    A growing specialty healthcare practice is seeking a Clinical Assistant to join its Beavercreek office. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Medical Assistant or Dental Assistant looking to transition into a unique specialty while receiving comprehensive paid training and long-term career development.

    Experience in Dental Sleep Medicine is not required. We are looking for candidates with excellent patient communication skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to learn.

    What You'll Do

    • Welcome and prepare patients for appointments

    • Build meaningful relationships with patients throughout their treatment journey

    • Capture digital impressions using advanced technology

    • Assist providers during patient appointments

    • Educate patients on treatment plans and next steps

    • Coordinate follow-up appointments and ongoing care

    • Communicate with referring physician offices

    • Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation

    • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and clinical equipment

    • Help create an outstanding patient experience from consultation through follow-up care

    What We're Looking For

    • Medical Assistant or Dental Assistant experience preferred

    • Excellent communication and patient service skills

    • Professional, dependable, and positive attitude

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    • Comfortable learning new technology and clinical equipment

    • Experience using electronic medical or dental records

    • Reliable transportation

    • Ability to travel occasionally between nearby offices when needed
